ONE MAN'S OBSESSION LEADS TO THE ULTIMATE TOURNAMENT.
A life investment in intense training has transformed one man into a chiseled
form of near perfection. The level of vitality flowing through his body is
astounding. This man, Cula, is restless for lack of a suitable adversary.
Cula's obsession drove him to form the Fighting Titans organization. But even
among its vast ranks exists no one at his level. This rich, forceful man has
therefore decided that since he cannot find a worthy opponent, he will create
one. No expense will be spared, no stone will be left unturned. Cula's devoted
syndicate will provide the challenge he so desperately desires, no matter what
it takes.
Through various means, honorable and impure, the Fighting Titans will bring
together the world's greatest martial artists, to join Cula in the
organization's most presitigious tournament to date. Who among them will
prove to be a match for this godlike fighter? Cula's soul is ablaze with
excitement as he impatiently awaits the battle he's been dreaming of for so
long...

Madiesha attended her first gymnastics class at the tender age of seven. Her
instructor at the boarding house was strict, subjecting all the students to
intense training. At first, Madiesha cried to her parents to end the lessons
but they ignored her pleas, commanding her to stand strong. Eventually though,
as she began to exert more precise control over her body, the young girl
discovered she was a natural. She came to enjoy the carefree excitement of
jumping and flipping through the air. Each new feat that she mastered sent
her heart soaring, making her feel as light and free as a swallow.
Madiesha's brother Silviu, five years her elder, often visited her school. He
cared deeply for his sister and would always encourage her with great
enthusiasm. Whereas his sister was a talented gymnast, Silviu had an affinity
for mixed martial arts. He often told Madiesha that by fusing together martial
arts and gymnastics, one could surpass the perceived limitations of the human
body. Little by little Madiesha integrated martial arts into her normal
routine and was amazed by the increase in agility and strength that came with
it.
For much of his life, Silviu's dream had been to become a good enough fighter
to be accepted into the ranks of the Fighting Titans. Finally that time came,
and he began bringing home tales of the organization's Grandmaster: an
undefeated legend whose ki was so intense that it sometimes appeared to have
a mind of its own. These tales so enticed Madiesha that she wanted to fight
this Grandmaster herself, if only to become a part of the legend. But Silviu
would have none of that, warning his sister to put such thoughts out of her
mind.
Silviu, though sweet and gentle to his family, had a penchant for being
rude and arrogant around others, especially when he was competing. His words
quite often offended both friend and foe alike. Eventually he went too far,
insulting the core principles of the Fighting Titans and its leader, Cula.
When several weeks went by without so much of a word from her brother,
Madiesha began to suspect the organization of foul play. She was therefore
not the least bit surprised when her inquiries to Cula were answered with an
invitation to the Fighting Titans tournament.
