A life investment in intense training has transformed one man into a chiseled
form of near perfection. The level of vitality flowing through his body is
astounding. This man, Cula, is restless for lack of a suitable adversary.
Cula's obsession drove him to form the Fighting Titans organization. But even
among its vast ranks exists no one at his level. This rich, forceful man has
therefore decided that since he cannot find a worthy opponent, he will create
one. No expense will be spared, no stone will be left unturned. Cula's devoted
syndicate will provide the challenge he so desperately desires, no matter what
it takes.
Through various means, honorable and impure, the Fighting Titans will bring
together the world's greatest martial artists, to join Cula in the
organization's most presitigious tournament to date. Who among them will
prove to be a match for this godlike fighter? Cula's soul is ablaze with

King was born into a middle class family. His father was a minor writer; his
mother, a teacher. From childhood, at the behest of his parents, King paid
close attention to the social and political climate of his country. There were
many ways in which he hoped to bring about positive change. To this end he
became a TV news reporter, hoping his stories would both inform and inspire
others.
One day, King was assigned to interview Ming-Yi Kim, a taekwondo champion from
a family long devoted to the art. Welcomed into the family home, King met Mira,
the champ's daughter. He was smitten with her instantly, and the two soon began dating.
After three years of courtship, King and Mira wished to get married. Although
Ming-Yi loved his daughter and wished her happiness, he also needed an heir
to the family legacy. As Mira had no formal interest in taekwondo, it was her
father's decree that her husband must take up the mantle.
While King accepted the challenge, he hadn't taken his instruction seriously.
Because of this, he suffered a humiliating loss in the opening round of his
first tournament. Embarrassed for having endorsed King, Mira's father
denounced him, banishing him from the family home. King's heart was
broken, and a wave of depression crashed down upon him. He became a heavy
drinker, lost his job, and gave up hope. Although Mira desperately wished to
reach out to him, her father forbade it.
Then, one lonely night, fate stepped in. King was stumbling through a park,
liquor bottle in hand, when he clumsily bumped into a dark figure. Pushing
King away, the man glared at him with disdain. Then, in a stern tone, the man
proceeded to make shocking personal statements about King's fall from grace,
placing the blame solely on King's refusal to fight as hard for victory in
the training hall as he did for justice behind the camera. Stung bitterly by
the truth he heard in the man's words, King swung at him only to miss by a
considerable margin before collapsing to the ground. Now at the peak of his
misery and shame, King's eyes filled with tears as the man shook his head and
walked off into the darkness.
The next morning, King's soul reawakened. He vowed to sober up, regain his
composure, and finally commit himself to the study of taekwondo. After
several months of buckling down, he was able to achieve victory in several
minor tournaments. This impressed Ming-Yi, who decided to give King a second
chance. Taking on King as his own student, the champ even allowed him to
resume his relationship with Mira.
Day by day, King became a stronger and more capable martial artist. And after
a year had passed, King received an invitation to the Fighting Titans
tournament. When King saw a photo of the organization's Grandmaster, his eyes
nearly popped out of their sockets. For that man, Cula, was the very one he'd
bumped into that fateful night! “He changed my life,” King thought
to himself, “and now I must face him in combat.”
